Granny Smith (Dwarf) G11 Rootstock – 2 yr. old -Potted

Description Granny Smith is a quintessential tart green apple.  It’s a ideal balance of taste between tart and sweet, making it a truly versatile apple that is used for eating fresh and cooking because of its ability to retain its crisp flavor. Granny Smith apple trees are a great option for home orchards because of their quick production, easy growth and large yields. The fruit is juicy and firm and can be stored up to 6 months. This dwarf apple is suitable for smaller gardens or high density orchards, but trees will require additional support and staking is recommended. Pollinator required: Choose another pollinator such as Red Delicious, Ginger Gold, Ambrosia, Gala, Courtland, CrimsonCrisp, Jonamac, Empire, Fuji, Spartan, Firestorm, Mac Liberty and Honeycrisp. 2 year olds that are approximately 5′-6′ tall, grafted on dwarf G11 rootstock. Trees will reach 8′-10′ tall  in height a maturity. All potted and can be picked up Monday – Sunday 10am-6pm. 257 Smith Road Stirling, Ontario.
